The Wagner FlexControl Smart is a new, electronically controlled 2-K mixing and dosing system.
Electronic mixing guarantees consistently optimal mixing accuracy and quick recipe changes. Another advantage of electronic mixing is that you only mix as much as you need, thus reducing waste considerably.
The simple operation saves time and prevents operating errors. The consumption data recording and transmission guarantee efficient material management. The integrated flushing function cleans the system fully automatically and ensures a further time saving. FlexControl plus offers an almost unlimited number of options for use and for the integration of peripheral devices (such as robots, conveyors or automated lines).

Dosing system
AIS The AIS (Adaptive Injection System) controls the dispensing valve stroke fully automatically. The B-component is injected in smooth cycles, almost without interruptions, resulting in a practically homogeneous addition even before mixing. If the paint through flow volume changes, e.g. due to a different number of guns or a new recipe, the dispensing system adapts fully automatically to the optimal mixing ratio. Using the AIS extension ensures a constant coating quality.
Accessible & Practical
With the touch display, you can select recipes simply and conveniently for a quick start. The setup process also takes place via the touch display.
Simple, Intuitive Operation
Four buttons for the painter – start, stop, flush and change recipe. Clear operator functions ensure quick and effective work.
